Meet the Founder and CEO
Rae Ellen Douglas is the founder and CEO of REDsearch as well as the founder of National Workforce Advisors (NWA), REDsearch’s workforce strategy division. Rae Ellen helps partners to design talent strategies that scale and to build the partnerships required to deliver results.
Through REDsearch, she supports executive recruitment and talent acquisition for organizations that need trusted leadership. Through NWA, she helps regions and institutions strengthen talent pipelines by aligning education and training with employer demand, improving coordination across partners, and translating strategy into implementation.
With more than 25 years of experience, Rae Ellen has held executive and C-suite leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations and firms. She has led multi-million-dollar initiatives, built high-performing teams, and guided organizations through complex growth and change. Her current work includes supporting workforce initiatives and technical assistance efforts that bring employers, education, and public partners into shared alignment.
